To use the platform's contact services, you must be at least 18 years old and have legal capacity under the laws of the Plurinational State of Bolivia. 8. Applicable law and jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Plurinational State of Bolivia. Any dispute arising in connection with the use of the platform shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of the city of La Paz, Bolivia. The parties agree to exhaust conciliation proceedings before initiating any judicial proceeding, in accordance with Law No. 708 on Conciliation and Arbitration.
