This Privacy Policy governs the processing of personal data collected through the flatrateic.com platform, operated by Flatrateic S.R.L., located at Av. Camacho 1488, Edificio La Primera, Floor 9, Office 901, La Paz, Bolivia, Tax ID (NIT) 1024789653016. As the data controller, Flatrateic S.R.L. is committed to protecting the personal information of all users in compliance with Law No. 164 on Telecommunications and current data protection regulations of the Plurinational State of Bolivia.
2. Information we collect
We collect information you provide directly when using our services: full name, email address, and the content of messages sent through our contact form. We also automatically collect technical data, such as IP address, browser type, operating system, pages visited, and time spent on the site. This collection is carried out through cookies and similar technologies, as described in our Cookie Policy.
3. Purpose of data processing
We use your personal data to: respond to your inquiries and requests for information about real estate projects; improve the browsing experience and functionality of the platform; comply with legal and regulatory obligations established by the Financial System Supervision Authority (ASFI) and other entities of the Plurinational State of Bolivia; and send informational communications related to real estate crowdlending, provided you have given your express consent.
4. Legal basis for processing
The processing of your data is based on: the consent you provide when submitting the contact form; the legitimate interest of Flatrateic S.R.L. to improve its services and ensure the security of the platform; and compliance with legal obligations under current Bolivian regulations, including provisions of Law No. 393 on Financial Services and applicable ASFI regulations.
5. Data storage and security
Your personal data is stored on secure servers with end-to-end encryption. We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your information against unauthorized access, accidental loss, or destruction. Contact data is retained for a maximum period of 24 months from the last interaction, after which it is securely deleted, unless Bolivian law requires a different retention period.
6. Third-party data sharing
Flatrateic S.R.L. does not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for commercial purposes. We may share information with: technology service providers who assist us in operating the platform, under confidentiality agreements; Bolivian regulatory authorities when required by law; and legal or financial advisors in the context of legal proceedings or regulatory audits.

As a user, you have the right to: access the personal data we hold about you; request rectification of inaccurate or incomplete data; request deletion of your data when it is no longer necessary for the purpose for which it was collected; object to the processing of your data in certain circumstances; and request the portability of your data in a structured format.
